iRunner is a comprehensive app that offers mapping, tracking, coaching, and heart rate training for runners. It seamlessly integrates with Apple Health and Apple Watch, making it a top choice for both indoor and outdoor exercise.

One of the standout features of iRunner is its ability to create and compare routes over time. By mapping out regular running routes, users can easily track their progress and see improvements.

This app takes your walking, hiking, running, and jogging to the next level with its impressive range of features. These include voice coaching, the ability to invite friends and family to follow your workouts, live tracking, group tracking, goal setting, and much more.

The built-in GPS ensures accurate tracking of your progress, whether you're a casual runner or training for a specific distance like a 5K, 10K, half-marathon, or full marathon. Additionally, iRunner integrates seamlessly with various fitness devices and tracks daily steps, calorie burn, and overall activity levels.

While the app offers many free features, it also offers a premium membership called STAR membership. Subscribers gain access to advanced heart rate tracking and zone support with an Apple Watch or compatible heart rate monitor. They also enjoy real-time heart rate charts and zone analysis, support for speed and cadence sensors for cycling workouts, foot pod support for more accurate distance tracking, the ability to create custom workout routines, live tracking for loved ones to follow your workouts, the ability to create online groups to share data with friends, ad-free experience, and more.

iRunner also prioritizes compatibility by supporting Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) heart rate monitors such as Scosche Rhythm+, Polar H7 / H10, Viiiiva, OrangeTheory Fitness, and many others. This ensures a wide range of options for users.

As a workout coach and route tracker, iRunner provides detailed tracking of time, distance, pace, and speed for each workout. Users can easily compare their results over time and access features like voice feedback, splits, in-workout pictures, and online workout access. This provides users with all the necessary tools to monitor their training progress effectively.

In addition to its running features, iRunner also offers other valuable features such as GPS routes for outdoor workouts, voice coaching during workouts, heart rate monitoring and training, support for Apple Watch, the ability to track health metrics like weight, blood pressure, resting pulse, and sleep, and sync to the web for easy access.

For users who prefer an integrated approach to their fitness journey, iRunner allows seamless syncing with popular partners in steps and daily activity tracking (Apple Health, Garmin, Fitbit), nutrition tracking (MyFitnessPal, Lose It!), and workout sharing (Strava, Runkeeper, TrainingPeaks).

It's worth noting that iRunner offers a subscription option called STAR membership. The yearly subscription costs $29.99 USD or $4.99 per month. With this membership, users gain access to premium features such as advanced heart rate tracking, real-time heart rate charts and zone analysis, support for speed and cadence sensors for cycling workouts, foot pod support for accurate distance and cadence tracking, fitness assessments, the ability to create or use custom workout routes and routines (HIIT, LIIT, Tempo), LiveTracking to allow loved ones to track your workouts in real-time, the ability to create online groups to share data with friends, the ability to compare activities and workouts for deeper insight, an ad-free experience, and more.

Subscriptions are managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off in the Account Settings after purchase. All payments are charged to the user's iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Please note that subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Also, any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

While iRunner offers an excellent GPS routing feature, it's important to note that using this feature may decrease battery life.
